Healthcare Assistant Manager

We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant Manager to join our team at Brighterkind. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Review and update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs and preferences.
- Lead by example, promoting high standards of care among the care team and providing guidance and support when needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
