About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister or Valuer to join our team at Fine & Country.

Key Responsibilities:

Focusing on the upper quartile of the property market, you will provide each client with a bespoke marketing strategy, utilizing the local, national and international exposure offered within our network.

You will work closely with each client from initial contact to handover, marketing their home to achieve maximum exposure and the highest possible price.

What We Offer:

We provide marketing agreements, chase payments, social media campaigns, Homesearch, Sprift, all property portals, new to the market/sold in your area campaigns, leaflets and online targeted advertising.

We have 3 'back office' teams to support you; Pre-Sales, Post-Sales and Admin Support, helping with sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, lead generation etc.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Agent, who has listed and sold homes in the areas we specialize in. You will have a strong business acumen, be professionally presented and able to deal with U/HNW individuals, offering a bespoke service and marketing strategy.
