Job Opportunity: Clinical Dietitian - Palliative Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team at St Christopher's Hospice. As a key member of our Rehab and Wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses.

About the Role:
  • Provide specialist dietetic assessment and treatment to optimize patient independence and quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver goal-focussed patient care and support
  • Develop and implement therapeutic, rehabilitative interventions across a complex patient caseload
Requirements:
  • Sound clinical reasoning skills and ability to deliver high-quality care in a specialist palliative care setting
  • Experience across core areas of clinical practice, including palliative care rehabilitation
  • Advanced communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
