  • Custody services to discretionary fund managers and independent financial advisors
  • Clearing and settlement services on an agency basis for discretionary fund managers and independent financial advisors
  • Trade execution services for discretionary fund managers, independent financial advisors, and institutional clients
  • The same core infrastructure serves a significant number of institutional broker-dealers and institutional investor clients

The Junior Wealth Business Analyst works within the implementation team, supporting the Wealth Operations Team to effectively implement our new wealth management platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • Project delivery and process improvement
  • Support the Wealth Operations team by analysing and documenting requirements, workflows, and processes related to the wealth management platform
  • Support client implementations by assisting with data manipulations
  • Assist with the delivery of internal process improvements, including process flow mapping, identifying risks, and appropriate controls
  • Assist with the delivery of internal projects, including configuration testing, client merging, and more
  • Technical support
  • Support the testing of software releases and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of enhancements and updates
  • Support the product team with monitoring system performance and generating reports to track metrics and identify trends
  • Assist in training users on new functionalities and processes, providing ongoing support and resources
  • An interest in financial markets
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python is desirable but not requiredTerms
