Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Science Technician to join our team at The Highfield School in Hertfordshire. As a Science Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that apparatus and chemicals are available and prepared in advance to support the science teachers.

The successful candidate will have a background in science and be well-motivated with excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team are essential for this role.

This is a part-time position, approximately 19.5-26 hours per week, term time plus 5 INSET days. Working pattern to be discussed at interview. These hours do need to be around the schools' working hours for pupils. Working pattern can be split between 3 to 4 days per week.

Salary: £11,300 to £15,100 per annum (dependent on basic hours contracted)
