The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for leading from the restaurant floor and ensuring that our high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure that all aspects of restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
