Job Description

Practice Plus Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team.

This exciting opportunity will see you delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients, promoting professional boundaries, and inspiring excellence in colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients, ensuring non-judgmental care and personalized service.
  • Assisting in patient assessment, planning, and evaluation, identifying key areas for improvement.
  • Managing musculoskeletal conditions, recognizing red flag symptoms, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Forging strong working relationships with the prison service, promoting a culture of reflection and shared learning.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, adhering to best practice guidelines.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Providing training and education to colleagues, promoting excellence in clinical practice.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in managing musculoskeletal conditions and identifying red flag symptoms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £43,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
