Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Stockport

Salary: £35,000- £48,000 dependent on experience

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our thriving team in Stockport. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, working closely with our team of experienced architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead architectural projects from concept to completion
  2. Collaborate with our team of experienced architects and engineers
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  5. Contribute to the development of our company's architectural design and strategy
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  1. ARB registered
  2. Extensive post Part Three qualification experience
  3. Proficiency in the use of Revit
  4. Proven track record working on commercial, education, or healthcare projects
  5. Excellent attention to detail and design flair
  6. Strong technical abilities
  7. Excellent portfolio
  8. Comprehensive understanding of current UK building regulations
  9. Keen to contribute to company growth
  10. Work well within a team
  11. Job running / project lead experience
  12. Good mentoring capabilities
  13. Proactive and positive attitude
  14. Passionate about innovative sustainable designs
