About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Outreach Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd.
As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will be working with vulnerable and at-risk young people, providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide emotional support and guidance to young people
* Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to identify and address the needs of students with special educational needs
* Develop and implement strategies to increase student engagement and attainment
* Collaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive support system for students
Requirements:
* Passionate about helping children and young people achieve their full potential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* GCSE in English and Maths
