Software Test Lead

Circle Group is seeking an experienced Software Test Lead to join their team. As a key member of the Commercial Testing function, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the Salesforce testing function from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the Commercial testing function for Salesforce, from the ground up.
  • Collaborate with external partners and manage project testers.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for commercial applications to ensure quality, functionality, and performance.
  • Work hands-on with the testing team while driving strategic initiatives to ensure high-quality software integrations.
  • Define and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders to secure approval before product release.
  • Oversee the testing of Salesforce applications and their integration with other systems.
  • Build and grow the testing team as the function expands.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience setting up or enhancing Salesforce testing functions.
  • Strong background in functional testing, with a focus on manual testing.
  • Ability to manage and lead testers from external partners while being hands-on with testing.
  • Extensive experience in testing commercial applications, including Salesforce and external integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, covering functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
  • Proficient in defect management: tracking, reporting, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Proficient with testing tools like DevOps, Jira, and other test management platforms.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
