Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPM, fault-finding, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and low-voltage electrical equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of the plant
- Fault-find and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies for each piece of equipment
- Provide guidance and training to operators on routine reactive maintenance tasks
- Review and improve maintenance systems to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality regulations
- Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive experience in a maintenance environment
- Ability to fault-find and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work out of hours
- Annual Leave entitlement
