Educational Leader Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Blom and Blom's independent day nursery in Beaconsfield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our children and their families.

About the Role:

The Educational Leader will be responsible for promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of care and practice, supervising and reviewing staff development and performance, and developing and maintaining professional relationships with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Early Years or relevant childcare qualification
  • A minimum 18 months management experience in a nursery setting
  • A sound understanding of the Ofsted standards and requirements
  • A sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
