Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team as a CNC Miller.

About the Role
  • As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Milling Machines to manufacture components to precise specifications.
  • You will read and interpret engineering drawings to program, set up, and manufacture components, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
  • You will create layout sheets to document tooling, setups, and machine parameters, enabling consistent and repeatable outcomes.
  • You will train and assist other operators, sharing expertise and skills.
Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in programming and operating 3, 4, and 5 Axis CNC machines is required.

Proficient in Heidenhain controls; additional experience with Fanuc controls is an advantage.

Familiar with operating Doosan, Matsuura, and Mazak machines.

Able to produce parts to tight tolerances, around 20μm.

Experience milling large parts (up to 2.5m).

Salary and Benefits
