About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our Forensic and Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of patients with complex needs and promoting innovation and improvement of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team and oversee the management of patients with often complex needs.
- Promote innovation and improvement of services, with scope to develop your specialist interests and grow your remit and responsibilities.
- Have an office and the support of an associate specialist as ward doctor and a full MDT including Clinical Administrators and Personal Assistants dedicated to your wards and service.
