Contract Manager

Lagan MEICA Ltd is a leading provider of process, mechanical, electrical, and automation design, installation, and commissioning services for water and wastewater treatment plants. We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team and lead the management of our water projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall project delivery, ensuring safe and efficient execution
- Lead a team of project managers and engineers to deliver projects to scope, cost, and quality
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, statutory requirements, and legal obligations
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and risks to ensure a consistent and challenging approach
- 5 years' experience in managing water projects
- Proven track record of leading and managing project teams in demanding environments
- Sound commercial and financial understanding
- Ability to safely manage, develop, and motivate a team
- Flexibility to work and travel throughout the UK and Ireland
