We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team at one of Glasgow's most renowned luxury hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in delivering five-star level meals and contributing to the success of our events and production side of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive and Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, with a strong emphasis on events and production.
- Deliver high-quality meals, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering their growth and skills within the team.
- Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring seamless service across all areas.
- Competitive salary of £60,000 per year.
