About the Role:
Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a secondary school in North London to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor. This role focuses on supporting students with behavioural needs, keeping them on track academically, and providing crucial social and emotional guidance.

The ideal candidate will be confident, experienced, and skilled in managing challenging behaviour. They will also have strong administrative tasks skills, with knowledge of SIMS for logging student progress being a plus.

The successful candidate will provide one-on-one classroom support for students, maintain a visible presence throughout the school to encourage positive behaviour, and promote good behaviour and minimise low-level disruption. They will also manage and de-escalate incidents, equipping students with strategies for self-regulation.
