About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Health Care Support Worker to join our team in a community setting. As a Senior Health Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients in a community setting, working in accordance with guidance given and work delegated by registered nurses.
  • Ensure a person-centred approach to care delivery, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Provide assistance within a variety of settings, including patients' homes and treatment rooms.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in the Personal Development Plan process to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • SVQ III in healthcare or equivalent experience working in a caring environment.
  • Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out assigned patient care tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
