About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Director of Customer Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our residents, ensuring that their needs are at the heart of everything we do.

With a proven track record in customer service excellence, you will be motivated by the opportunity to drive change and inspire large teams in a complex operational environment. Your expertise in lettings, community safety, and team development will be essential as you coach and guide employees through change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our operational teams to deliver services to 26,000 homes, ensuring that residents' needs shape the way we work.
  • Manage day-to-day operations while delivering strategic outcomes aligned with our mission to create thriving, inclusive communities.
  • Work closely with our Managing Director and partner with key business areas to deliver a seamless, resident-centric experience.
  • Build strong relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure our services are responsive, innovative, and effective.
