About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our 0-25 service, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and contributing to the Knowsley Family Hubs offer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted emotional wellbeing support for the 0-25 Healthy Child Programme
  • Contribute to the Knowsley Family Hubs offer, working collaboratively with partner agencies
  • Develop, contribute, and influence the regional antenatal offer and perinatal mental health support
  • Engage in public health activities within a geographical area, working with individuals, groups, and communities
  • Collaborate with other agencies to meet the needs of vulnerable children and families
