About The Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Innovation team at Motability Operations, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design of a future of mobility that is accessible to everyone.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing innovative solutions to address the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement pilots that test new and emerging products and solutions with customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation
  • Developing and implementing business cases for new initiatives and projects
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about innovation and business development. You will have a strong academic record, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
