Job Overview:
Mundipharma is seeking an experienced Investigations Director to lead the implementation of the global (ex-US) compliance hotline and investigations program. The successful candidate will oversee the completion of corrective and preventative actions, drive initiatives to encourage a speak-up culture, and reinforce the company's commitment to non-retaliation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders such as law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct online investigations, including on the darknet, if required.
  • Lead counter-diversion and illicit trade program's operational activities to manage and reduce diversion-related risk.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, i.e., Law, Finance, Criminology, or relevant fields.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner & Professional Certification in Compliance or Investigations are desirable.

Compensation:
  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
