Are you an experienced manager with a background in leading teams of project managers? Do you want to work for a large modular construction contractor delivering projects across the UK?


We are seeking an experienced manager to join our senior leadership team as Head Of Project Delivery. You will be responsible for leading a team of regional project managers, ensuring that projects are being delivered on time, on budget and on programme.


This is an instrumental role that will help drive strategic initiatives alongside optimising processes to ensure a continuous improvement culture is met throughout the delivery team.


As Head Of Project Delivery, you can expect to:

  • Lead & mentor a team of regional project managers
  • Implement strategies to optimise processes
  • Ensure that all H&S compliance is met
  • Coordinate resource allocation across the business
  • Manage and develop build supplier relationships

  • Have a background in managing large project management teams
  • Possess the ability to travel to different depots and sites across the country
  • Hold strong communication skills across all levels
  • Can demonstrate a background in continuous improvement
  • Have strong IT Skills
