**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Oxford Brookes University. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and speciality beverages to our clients and their employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including equipment, utensils, and supplies.
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain a well-stocked coffee bar.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
**What We Offer**
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.50-£15.00, depending on experience.
- A 35-40 hour workweek, with a 5-over-7 shift pattern.
