Salary


The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of £12,240 per annum, based on 20 hours per week (pro-rata). This is a part-time permanent position with opportunities for progression and career development within the company.



Job Description


In this role, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the manager is not available. You will play a key part in ensuring the team operates smoothly, promoting sales and increasing profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as getting involved with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Supervisory experience or experience within hospitality/retail;
  • Able to lead and motivate a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities;
