About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust as a Clinical Facilitator for Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training on medical equipment and devices, providing specialist technical advice to the department, and acting as a point of contact for medical device company representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training plans for medical equipment and devices
  • Provide technical advice and support to staff on the use of medical equipment and devices
  • Act as a liaison between the department and medical device companies
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure effective training and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment and devices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
