Trainee Shift Manager

As a Trainee Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will embark on an accelerated training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and inspire teams within our restaurants.
This six-month program is tailored to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, customer service, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Model customer-focused behaviors and lead by example
- Act with integrity, honesty, and in line with McDonald's values
- Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and profitability
- Analyze trends and make informed decisions to impact the business
You will work closely with our crew, crew trainers, customer care teams, and managers of all levels to support your learning journey.
Requirements- Experience in leading teams, either within or outside the sector
- Graduates or individuals with a strong passion for leadership and development
- Ability to inspire and motivate others with a hands-on approach to learning
- Willingness to adapt to change and lead the team through challenges
