Join us at the Suffolk GP Federation as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in our Public Health & Diagnostics Team As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives, and contributing to the development of SOPs and quality assurance processes.
About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for staff undertaking health checks, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- SOP Management: Review and update SOPs relevant to the role, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the work of HCAs undertaking checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays) on starting, rising to 29 days after 5 years' service, cycle to work scheme, death in service cover, and access to thousands of discounts through the Blue Light Card employer programme.
