We are seeking a skilled Senior Paralegal to join our Real Estate Services team in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on commercial and residential portfolios, including title due diligence and projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, and other estate management work for commercial real estate clients.
  • Freehold and leasehold residential purchases for housing associations, developers, and others.
  • Project work, such as large-scale due diligence for refinancing, portfolio acquisitions, and disposals, lease reports.
  • Providing high-quality service to clients in accordance with the Firm's procedures.
  • Maintaining and improving relations with existing clients and identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Achieving budget and targets set by the Firm.

You will be an experienced paralegal with commercial property experience, strong file management skills, and excellent communication skills.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of lawyers and administrators supporting the Real Estate group on various matters.
