About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Home Carer, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Companionship: Building meaningful relationships with clients and providing regular social interaction.
  • Home help: Assisting with everyday activities, such as meal planning, light housework, and accompanying clients to appointments or shopping.
  • Personal care: Supporting clients with daily essentials, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Specialist care: Receiving training to deliver person-centred care and supporting clients with changing needs.
