About the Role

As a Senior Inspection Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of quality inspectors and contributing to the increased workload in the inspection department. Your primary focus will be on quality checking a variety of metallic parts, including first-off inspections and final inspections before sending them to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of 2 quality inspectors and lead by example
  • Quality check a range of metallic parts, including first-off and final inspections
  • Contribute to the achievement of ambitious growth targets through effective leadership and collaboration with the quality team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • PC-DMIS software experience
  • Programming and operating CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
  • Extensive experience inspecting precision machined components

You will be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results. Your technical expertise and knowledge of quality control processes will enable you to make a significant impact on the company's success.
