Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled solicitor or legal executive to join our team as a Private Client Lawyer. The successful candidate will have a broad background in all aspects of Probate and administration of estates, Taxation, will drafting, powers of attorney, court of protection, and elderly client matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on Probate and administration of estates, Taxation, will drafting, powers of attorney, court of protection, and elderly client matters
  • Work closely with our team of lawyers to develop and implement effective strategies to meet client needs
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify solutions to complex legal issues

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Salary Information

We offer a highly competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
