Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager - Maintenance
Location: Hemel with contracts in Herts/Beds/Bucks/Essex
Salary: £40 - £50k + car or car allowance, mobile, laptop, 25 days annual leave
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team at Excel Engineering Recruitment ltd. As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing maintenance contracts and ensuring the smooth operation of our M&E Engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance contracts and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve contract performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on contract progress and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in maintenance contracts management
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
