Commercial Strategy Associate

A competitive base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a discretionary annual performance bonus and generous benefits package.

Role Summary: We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Strategy Associate to support our Strategy Manager and the broader commercial strategy team at Flutter International in driving key initiatives.

The successful candidate will be part of the strategy team, focusing on strategic planning and providing problem-solving support to the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding the performance of our brands and market dynamics in markets we operate in
• Formulating strategies for countries, brands, and/or verticals
• Communicating brand strategies and how they will lead to business success
• Participating in step-change projects with teams around the business to enable us to bring strategies to life and deliver success

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven years of experience in a quantitative-intensive role (e.g., strategy consulting, banking, business intelligence)
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling through PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large sets of data and transform them into actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
