At Shipways, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team as an Instructions Manager and List Property's for our residential sales team in Castle Bromwich. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
