About the Role

Hydro-X Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Air Hygiene Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our Lead Engineer in delivering high-quality air hygiene services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform kitchen extract and ventilation system cleaning in accordance with TR19 Grease standards.
  • Work safely with oils, fluids, and lubricants, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of service sheets and documentation.
  • Support the Lead Engineer with inspection of fire dampers in accordance with BS9999 guidelines.
  • Assist with the installation of access doors into ventilation systems in accordance with DW144 regulations.
Requirements
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and analytical skills.
  • Literacy skills, including the ability to read and understand technical manuals.
  • Personal attributes, including respect, cultural awareness, and flexibility.
  • Excellent time-keeping skills.
