Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of interesting and high-profile projects. As a key member of our integrated delivery team, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients and take ownership of commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Management: Ensure all commercial activities are performed in an ethical manner while maintaining a competitive position.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Review and manage risk and opportunities to ensure the best possible outcomes for the company.
  • Cash Flow Management: Ensure cash flow is maintained through effective management of commercial activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate month-end CVR reporting and provide analysis to support business decisions.
  • Change Order Pricing: Price change orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor orders and general paperwork to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Procurement: Procure materials and subcontracts to support project requirements.
  • Project Budgeting: Create monthly applications towards client and develop project budgets to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Client Communication: Deal with client queries related to scope of works in a professional and timely manner.
