About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Ambleside. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
