We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Director to join our growing team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the sustainable growth of our business.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives within the renewable energy sector.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, forecasting, cash management, risk management, and strategic planning.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and guidance to support key business decisions, ensuring sound financial performance and value creation.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement innovative financing solutions that fuel our expansion and drive market leadership.
  • Foster a culture of financial excellence within the organization, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth within a dynamic and fast-paced business environment, ideally within the renewable energy or cleantech sector.
  • Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and strategic valuation methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
