Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Care Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of Care Assistants to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered to our residents.
- Supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, and care plans.
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
