Toy Miner

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Toy Miner at Rhondda Heritage Park's Santa's Toy Mine. As a Toy Miner, you will be responsible for bringing the magic of Christmas to life and creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors.

• Work in a shift pattern to ensure the smooth operation of the attraction
• Support other staff members in their roles, including the photo station and toy shop
• Maintain the mine experience and performance space to ensure a high-quality visitor experience
• Handle customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist management in the safe evacuation of the attraction if required
• Exercise initiative and judgment in decision-making, seeking advice when necessary

As a Toy Miner, you will be part of a live event that takes place from 23rd November to 24th February. You will have the opportunity to work in a unique and festive environment, interacting with visitors and creating magical moments that will be remembered for years to come.

Rehearsals will take place from 11th November, and you will be required to attend these to ensure you are familiar with the attraction and your role within it.
