Job Description

**Job Title:** Night Supervisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at Resorts World Birmingham. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and training a team of night staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and train a team of night staff to ensure excellent guest service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a Duty Manager and main point of contact for the hotel during the night shift.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve any problems during their stay.
  • Deal with any incidents arising throughout the shift and ensure they are reported and escalated to the necessary people and departments.
  • Prepare night audit reports as required.
  • Supervise and lead the team in all departments of the hotel throughout the night shift.
  • Deal with any issues as they arise and ensure the team is engaged and supported as they achieve their departmental goals.
  • Support with the arrival and departure experience of guests and ensure that high levels of guest service are maintained throughout.
  • Ensure all Company health & safety and other requirements are met consistently and that the team is aware of their obligations.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous hotel reception experience is essential.
  • Operational knowledge of Night Audit/Hotel Reception procedures & working knowledge of Opera Cloud.
  • An effective communicator who is able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business.
  • A leader who is passionate about engaging, inspiring and developing their team.
  • A working understanding of Hotel compliance requirements in regards to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Liquor Licensing.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • MUST be flexible to work weekends, bank holidays and Night Shifts.
