Job Type: Permanent contract

Hours: 35:00 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday - Sunday, working between 07:15 and 15:15

Due to operational requirements, you will be scheduled to work Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays at the Blandford Delivery Office, with additional duties as needed at Sturminster Newton. Furthermore, we provide support for parcel deliveries in Blandford and Dorchester.

As a Postie, you will be part of the fabric of the nation, bringing trust to the doorstep. You will deliver for your local community, because you care about the people.

A bit about you


• Upbeat, independent and self-motivated

• Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service

• Think of yourself as a people-person and a friendly face in the community

• Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather

• Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do

• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
