We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Homefield House in Basingstoke. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our service users, promoting independence and dignity in their daily lives.

You will work closely with our experienced team to provide person-centred care, using the latest care technology to enhance the lives of our service users.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, such as washing and dressing, and promoting independence where possible. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme, which includes our leadership programme and opportunities for progression within Shaw Healthcare.
