About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Community Mental Health Team for Older People (CMHTOP) at Enfield Community Services.

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to older adults with mental health conditions in a community setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and manage complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage mental health conditions in older adults in a community setting.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Requirements
  • Valid GMC registration.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 3-6 months paid experience in the NHS/UK.
  • CCT on Old Age Psychiatry.
  • AC/S12 approval.
