About the Role

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of a major motorway upgrade project in South Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a section of works, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Train and mentor Site Engineers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to engineering challenges
  • Assist in the production and integration of 3-week programmes
  • Manage designs from in-house and external designers
  • Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
  • Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant, and material requirements
  • Train and mentor junior members of the engineering team
  • Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
  • Manage RFI's and Technical Queries
