About the Job:
Nicholas Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of site assets and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks according to agreed schedules.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective handover of information.
- Use a PMS to diagnose faults and implement repairs.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance equipment efficiency.
- Deliver on-the-job training to new colleagues.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
