General Tradesperson

The ideal candidate will have experience as a maintenance operative, multi-skilled operative, or any of the following: carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plasterer, handyman, with a background in social housing, housing associations, or domestic properties.

This role involves carrying out general maintenance in domestic properties, providing excellent customer service, meeting and greeting tenants, and using a PDA.
