Job Summary
TT Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Clerk to join our team. As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a critical role in assisting the Finance Department in the control and analysis of inventory levels on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Control and ensure adherence to the site Perpetual Inventory (PI) programme by performing daily count cycles on company inventory and subsequent discrepancy investigation.
- Physically count stock in various locations around the site to ensure accuracy and that actual stock counts correspond with stock sheets and have the correct part numbers allocated to them.
- Investigate reasons for discrepancies with stores personnel and inform the manager of any findings.
Requirements
- Working knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems – preferably SAP.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
- Ability to manage inventory.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an inventory control environment.
- Microsoft Office Skills.
- Knowledge of stock and related areas, must be PC literate. SAP processing/data input knowledge would be beneficial.
- Product knowledge.
