Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Program Director to lead our Ecosystem Initiatives team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering complex engineering programs that align with our company's strategy. You will work extensively across boundaries to disambiguate challenges, enable prioritization and trade-off decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to define clear objectives and key results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turning strategy into delivery through effective program management
  • Working closely with Engineering teams to develop and implement enabling software
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate progress
  • Aggregating long-term views of delivery and adapting to changing market conditions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in delivering complex engineering programs and leading multi-year developments
  • Strong technical skills, preferably in SW engineering or equivalent experience
  • Program or project management certification (e.g. MSP) and agile methodology expertise
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to audiences at all levels of the organization

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
